Chase Mayhugh specializes in the Selling, Acquisition and Leasing of Industrial facilities/land around the South Florida area. Chase has represented and negotiated transactions for Multi Billion Dollar companies such as ABC Supply Co. inc., Town & Country Industries, Hendricks Development and various Private REITS.
A native to Southwest Florida, Chase began his real estate career at age nineteen by working with his father, Chuck Mayhugh, who has been actively involved in real estate for over thirty years. Chase has experience in environmental, utility, zoning and density issues, as well as amending development orders, researching and gathering information on investment opportunities to determine a positive rate of return and creating property assemblages. Currently, Chase has been active in the industrial and commercial market working with buyers to purchase industrial land and buildings, providing tenants with adequate space and landlords with credit worthy tenants. Chase is a licensed Real Estate Broker and is in the process of achieving his CCIM designation. Chase is an active member of the Fort Myers Rotary Club and serves on several boards for local charity organizations. Chase prides himself in serving his clients up-to and beyond the day of closing.

Mayhugh Realty Inc. has been actively involved in commercial/industrial real estate for over thirty years. As a result, they fail to provide their client with the marketing exposure they deserve. I know I have the same market knowledge, the same presentation skills and more resources than the big firms.
